This Week : New IPA & Surroundings 5
We are rounding out our 11th Anniversary Celebrations with our next batch of NEW IPA.
This week’s New IPA is our first beer to ever be made with Vermont Hops, and we are extremely excited about the result. Champlain Valley Chinook and Cyrstal hops were used to dry hop this batch and play a perfect complement to the Citra base.
Chinook is a variety that has extremely strong variance depending on the location it is grown and we absolutely love the bright pineapple and deep resinous notes that it brings to this beer.
In addition to New IPA we will be tapping the very first kegs of Surroundings 5, a single barrel of spontaneously fermented beer. As as single barrel draft only release this is naturally a very limited offering. We are pleased to be sharing it with you as a part of our 11th Anniversary celebration.
