Shucks + Full Pour Pilsner
Memorial Day Weekend is right around the corner and we wanted to make sure two of our favorite lagers are ready and waiting for you.
This is our fourth season brewing Shucks, an oyster shell pilsner made in collaboration with To The Gills Seafood in Oakville.
Connecticut Blue Point oyster shells are boiled with the beer adding a refreshing wave of minerality in every crispy sip.
You can catch To The Gills at Northford for a raw bar on Sunday 5/24!

Full Pour Pils, brewed in celebration of our Northford Tap Room brings together our love for bright lagers and big aromatic hops from a judicious amount of Saphir hops lending a bouquet of flowers and tea.
This is our first batch of Full Pour Pils to be canned!
