Introducing
Rare Bottle Shares in Northford

As we approach our 11th Anniversary Celebration in March we will be making a single vintage bottle available on our menu.

The selection of beers will be chosen from some favorites over the last ten years of producing farmhouse and mixed culture beers.

Most of these beers will come from the last case or two in our possession. When the last bottle is ordered at the bar, the beer will be “gone” forever and we’ll make the next vintage beer available.

Order a bottle and you’ll be able to request as many glasses as you like at no additional charge.

The first bottle up is Fingerprint, blend 1 released in 2016.

Fingerprint is the very first beer we released with wild yeast cultures. The label on the beer is an illustration of the fruit, flowers and hops we foraged from around our property to cultivate a wild culture from. This culture was eventually added to some of our first barrels in 2015 and allowed to age for nearly a year. This is a very special beer to us as the Fingerprint culture has become the heart of all our saisons and mixed culture beers produced to this day.

Having started this program quietly over the holidays we are down to our last 9 bottles and then you get to see what’s next!
