Introducing Pigeon Gin
Our brand new dry gin distilled from local corn and focused on botanicals that would deliver fresh juniper, savory and bright bergamot, peppery cubeb and tea like qualities found in the buds of our criterion ingredient: dried apple blossoms. We’ve had this gin in the works for a long time and are excited to share it with you all.
750ml – $25 per bottle
1L – $30 per bottle / $28 by the bottle on 12
Like our Classic Gin, Reserve, and Aperitif, the Pigeon will be distributed in Connecticut through Skurnik Wines.
