This week our second ever blend of Petals will be available in our tasting room by the glass and/or bottle.

In the spring of 2020, encouraged more than ever to spend time outside our team hand plucked seven pounds of petals from dandelions growing around the farm and introduced them into the boil of a mash of @valleymalt pilsner, @thrallfamilymalt raw wheat and flaked triticale. We allowed this beer to have a long, slow fermentation and conditioning in steel with our farm’s preferred yeast culture.

Bright lemon notes and a delicate herbaceous character calling out the start of spring.

I’m addition to blend 2, we will have the last kegs of Petals blend 1 tapped at the brewery for your spring pleasures.
