Buckwheat Grisette

A grisette is a style of table beer/low alcohol farm house ale drank by miners. Appropriately light and dry without lacking layers of character. Fruit and husk notes from raw buckwheat perfectly couple with a strong carbonation and our house fermentation character to produce an uber refreshing beer.
