Coffee – Ethiopian Yrgacheffe Halo Bariti beans / medium roast (natural process, shade grown) from Sacred Grounds (Sherman CT). Bright blueberry aromatics, soft roasted character.

Malts – Golden Naked Oats, Carafa 3, Chocolate Rye
Coffee – Honduran Marcala La Paz beans / medium roast (artificially high, shade grown) from Sacred Grounds (Sherman CT). Honey and orange aromatics.

Coffee – Shade grown Peruvian San Ignacio roasted at Sacred Grounds Coffee in Sherman, CT.
