Our annual release of imperial stout. A massive beer for our brewery, we fill our mash tun to capacity with Connecticut malted barley, and specialty roasted malts from Valley Malt twice in a single day for one beer to develop deep silky chocolate and roasted notes. Some portion of the batch is released out of stainless steel while the remainder finds its way into a unique variety of barrels each year.
