The 3rd installment in our series of West Coast IPAs takes a similar, classic approach to the malt and fermentation profile as our others but pulls some of our favorite hops from around the world. Nelson Sauvin, NY Cascade, and Simcoe combine for piney, citrusy notes and a twist of some funky NZ white grape and lime.
