The World Is How You Perceive It

This farmhouse ale has been aged in barrels for one year on spent grapefruit and dry hopped with centennial and falconers flight prior to being refermented and conditioned in the bottle for six months. It is given a low carbonation level in order not to accentuate the natural bitterness that comes from grapefruit’s pitch. It’s complex interaction between hop character and oak maturation on house cultures is quite delightful. Available in our tasting room for on site consumption
