Keller pilsner brewed with Endeavour barley from Valley Malt and hopped with Southern Hemisphere noble hops.  After introducing noble hops into certain pale ales and IPAs, we sought to develop a pale lager which will combine a traditional low alpha/noble hop bitterness and profile while boosting the fruit forward character of more contemporary hops. We found our answer in Australia and New Zealand; Helga, Summer, and Pacifica provide plenty of stone fruit flavors and aromatics atop this clean and snappy lager.
