This week we are releasing a new spin on our imperial pale ale This Isn’t Even My Final Form.

This batch features a new and in our eyes improved hop profile. In place of the Apollo and Colombus hops used to invoke sticky pine sap and dank citrus character in the first three batches of this beer we are steering it toward a more balanced floral, melon and citrus character with the use of German Tettnang and Callista in the boil and Loral additions for dry hopping; all complementing a base beer brewed with local pilsner, 2 row, and flaked wheat fermented with our house brett strains.

Final Form will be available in the tasting room for on site pours and 500 ml bottles to go.
