Here’s what we are distributing this week:

Buddy Sprinkles Saves The Day
Named for our farm’s favorite cat, Buddy Sprinkles is made with Connecticut grown barley, wheat and oats from Thrall Family Malt (Windsor, CT) and hopped with  Vic Secret (AUS), Citra®, and Mosaic®. A big juicy orange character with tropical waves. 

Fancy Chicken
A small batch of a brand new blonde ale is making its way across Connecticut to select retailers. A 4.5% golden treat made with Northeastern Endeavor barley, and hopped with a blend of Czech Saaz and Amarillo.

Wooded Streams
After a two year hiatus, our fall lager is back! A showcase of our favorite local base malt and specialty malts used to produce a deep copper color and crispy bread crust finish. Perfect for fest season!
Kolsch
Our second batch of Kolsch. A clean, crisp presentation of our favorite barley, cold conditioned for six weeks with a light dry hop for an extra floral and fruity pop.
Neversink Wheat
Summer is closing out with one of our most satisfying additions this year. Neversink Wheat is made with spent botanicals from our distillery, Neversink Spirit’s gin added into the boil alongside our traditional spice blend. A delicate wave of character at the end of each sip.

Sweatpants
For the first time in well over a year we have a fresh batch of our very first pale ale, Sweatpants! Brewed with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley, hopped with New York grown Chinook and Centennial with a small addition of Simcoe for a classic Northwest punch; Sweatpants is a lightly floral, fruity, and piney pale that you can always feel good getting into.

The Hollow
Our farm’s go to pilsner. A beautiful showcase of everything Northeastern grown Endeavor barley has to offer. Honey, hint of clover, and buscuit that brings you back to The Hollow with each sip.

Along with these beers we will be restocking our retail partners with freshly canned Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .

Made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hand selected hops from farms in NY (35%) and Oregon (65%).
Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
