Distribution Details for the week of February 8
This week we are distributing four packaged beers and an assortment of draft beers led off by Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ .
Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ, is made a combination of our favorite Northeastern/Connecticut grown malts from Valley and Thrall Family Malt, and hops selected from farms in NY and Oregon. Refreshing grapefruit, hints of pineapple, strawberry and orange with a little piney anchor to it.
Our second beer of the week is a small batch of our single hop pale ale series, All Alone With Everywhere to Go.
Made with Connecticut grown and malted grains, this batch features Australian grown Galaxy™ hops. A resinous and tropical fruit forward delight.
The first of our lagers heading out to stores this wee is Danny Boy, our German inspired pilsner.
Danny Boy is made with Northeastern grown Endeavor barley malt and hopped with a blend of Hallertau Mittlefruh and Callista.
Last but certainly not least is our house pilsner, The Hollow. Named for our neck of the woods, The Hollow is the one of the first beers we reach for after a shift in the brewery or day out in the fields.
