Perfect Kerning (Bank St).
This week we have a brand new version of our latest West Coast inspired IPA release. Perfect Kerning (Bank St) takes our monaker “West Coast inspired” one step further and seeks to answer the question what would a WC process with Northeastern grown grains and hops taste like. We’re pretty pleased with the answer.
Perfect Kerning (Bank St) will be available on draft and in cans at the brewery throughout the weekend.

Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ
Made with our favorite Northeastern grown malts, and a blend of NY grown Cascade, Michigan Copper, and Strata: because we love our farmers and it tastes better.
Super Sparkle
Simcoe® + Mosaic® IPA with loads of piney berry goodness.
Spry
Wild ale made with foraged sumac and rhubarb from our farm. Brewed in January 2020 and split between our coolship and fermenter, then married and allowed a long, slow fermentation in stainless steel. Bottled in May 2021, a bright, fruit forward tartness with a mellow finish.
Helles Lager
A bright, golden expression of Northeast grown Endeavor barley, with mellow background floral hop notes.
Perfect Kerning (Hollywood)
A brand new offering inspired by our favorite West Coast style IPAs.
Perfect Kerning has a welcome bitterness, layered with piney, citrus forward hops, and pockets of delicious specialty malt character. To bring a true West Coast element we selected our favorite hop varieties grown in the Pacific NW and incorporated tried and true California ale yeast into the fermentation profile. As you can see on the label, we think of this beer as bringing some Hollywood to the Hollow.
Pause & Reflect
Pause and Reflect is a seasonal porter brewed with non-traditional Connecticut grown adjunct grains; emmer (ancient wheat variety) and triticale (hard-red wheat-rye hybrid). These grains, combined with specialty malts roasted provide a rich, chocolatey, and easy drinking porter.
