A refreshing pale ale made with New York grown Cascade and Chinook, accented by Simcoe® hops.
Helles Lager
A bright, golden expression of Northeast grown Endeavor barley, with mellow background floral hop notes.
Pause and Reflect
Pause and Reflect is a seasonal porter brewed with non-traditional Connecticut grown adjunct grains; emmer (ancient wheat variety) and triticale (hard-red wheat-rye hybrid).
Wild ale made with foraged sumac and rhubarb from our farm. Brewed in January 2020 and split between our coolship and fermenter, then married and allowed a long, slow fermentation in stainless steel. Bottled in May 2021, a bright, fruit forward tartness with a mellow finish.
