Introducing Perfect Kerning

Perfect Kernin g

A brand new offering inspired by our favorite West Coast style IPAs.
Perfect Kerning has a welcome bitterness, layered with piney, citrus forward hops, and pockets of delicious specialty malt character.

To bring a true West Coast element we selected our favorite hop varieties grown in the Pacific NW and incorporated tried and true California ale yeast into the fermentation profile. As you can see on the label, we think of this beer as bringing some Hollywood to the Hollow.

We will have Perfect Kerning available for on-site pours and in cans to go at the tasting room throughout the weekend. Come by the farm be one of the first to experience Perfect Kerning, amidst the incredible fall foliage.

Awkward Hug

Awkward Hug was the first IPA we produced as a brewery and features Azacca® and Citra® hops. An embrace of the tangy pine, citrus and melon aromatics and flavor with a gentle body.

Pause & Reflect

Pause and Reflect is a seasonal porter brewed with non-traditional Connecticut grown adjunct grains; emmer (ancient wheat variety) and triticale (hard-red wheat-rye hybrid). These grains, combined with specialty malts roasted provide a rich, chocolatey, and easy drinking porter.
