Neversink Spirits located in Port Chester, NY is our sister distillery and a huge component of the long term vision for our farm and brewery. Over the past five plus years have laid the ground work for many collaborations which will soon begin to bear fruit. The farm takes the vast majority of the distillery’s natural waste product; spent corn and grain from their bourbon mashes serves as valuable supplementary feed to our pasture raised pigs which we hope serves our community now more than ever when our pork is ready later in the year.

And we are certainly looking forward to our next release in the coming months of an imperial stout which has been aged in the first apple aperitif barrels from the very first batch to be produced at Neversink.

With craft cocktail bars temporarily closed or operating in limited to-go capacities we are thrilled that their web store is now live for curb side pickup at the distillery and shipping throughout New York State.
