Toasted Hay Grisette. Brewed in collaboration with our friend Marcell Davidsen, then of Community Table. Toasted Hay is an ingredient he used frequently in the kitchen. A translation into beer yielded wonderful results. Delicate notes of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
