New IPA
What’s new? New IPA.
New IPA is something we have not made much of over the past few years, and we are excited about releasing this series as a run of small batch IPA releases exploring new processes, recipes and hops. Be sure to head up to the tasting room to see what New IPA is available.
Batch 1. August 2022
Our first release is a wheated IPA, made with heavy doses of flaked and malted wheat from Thrall Family Malt’s farm, and hopped with Mosaic® and Crosby Hop Farm Idaho 7®.
Batch 2. October 2022
The last of our Riwaka hops. We chose to combine them with none other than a pillar of modern IPA, Citra® for a massive combination of tropical citrus and green tea.
Batch 3. December 2022
Another New Zealand hop focused version, our third batch features the unique lime, tropical, sauvignon blanc notes of Nelson Sauvin with Citra®.
Batch 4. February 2023.
A blend of Centennial hops grown at Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon and the newest public hop variety Vista grown by farms in New York State.
Batch 5. June 2023.
Our first beer hopped with a combination of Vista and Strata! We get punchy grapefruit, strawberry, white peach, tangerine, and lemon hop notes.
Batch 6. September 2023
A classic combination of Mosaic(r) and Citra® touched up with our first ever use of German Tango hops for an added accent of sweet fruit, berries, and little citrus.
Batch 7. October 2023
